Prepare inputs

Run in this order

  1. Import the interview and shortlist five complete question/answer segments with source timecodes.
  2. Choose three, restore necessary context, reject misleading excerpts, and check names and numbers.
  3. Reframe to 9:16, inspect face and caption safe areas, and watch exports on a phone before any publication.
